You keep ownership of your data, but you allow Progio to store and process it so we can provide the service.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date; prices and plans may change with notice.
Services are provided "as is" and liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

Eligibility

To use Progio, you must have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction. By using Progio, you represent that you are legally able to enter into these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account.
Please provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
To help protect users, Progio may ask you to verify your email address before allowing access to certain features.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans (if applicable) are billed in advance and renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Taxes may apply based on your billing address.
Refunds (if applicable) are handled according to our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

Progio's Acceptable Use Policy prohibits misuse of Progio services in any manner that disrupts or interferes with service delivery or accesses Progio in an unauthorized fashion. Users are also prohibited from uploading materials that are illegal or infringe upon the rights of others, create harm to others, or violate their rights. Users may not reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse Progio's rate limits.

Your data

You retain ownership of content you upload to Progio. By using Progio, you grant Progio a license to host, store, and process your content in order to provide and enhance Progio's services. You are responsible for ensuring you have all rights necessary to upload your content.

AI feature(s)

These features use artificial intelligence in providing insight into uploads. As with all AI-generated outputs, these will not always be accurate and are for informational purposes only; therefore, you assume all responsibility for actions based on AI-generated outputs.

Termination

You have the right to discontinue using Progio at any time for any reason. However, Progio has the right to suspend or terminate the account of any user found to be in violation of the Acceptable Use Policy or as necessary for the protection of the Progio service and its users.

Liability & disclaimers

Progio is provided "As Is" and "As Available." There are no warranties of any kind except those required by law and to the extent allowed by law. To the extent allowed by law, Progio is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use Progio and/or any service provided through Progio. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain prohibitions; in that case, the above limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Amendments

These Terms may be amended from time to time. If the amendments will significantly affect your rights, we will do our best to inform you of the changes (e.g., by sending you an email or using a notification in the application).
