Cancellations

You can cancel an active subscription from your billing portal. After cancellation, you’ll typically retain access until the end of the current billing period unless Stripe indicates otherwise.

Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on factors like the time since purchase, usage, and applicable consumer laws. If you believe you were billed in error or have an issue with your subscription, contact support and include the email used for your account and any relevant invoice details.
